ABCF Launches 5,000 Mammograms Summer Campaign

One in eight women will be affected by breast cancer within their lifetime. When caught in its earliest stages, breast cancer is nearly 100% curable. Tragically, many individuals across the country still struggle to afford basic early detection care that could save their lives.
This summer, ABCF kicks off our 5,000 Mammograms Campaign. The goal: raise funding through individual donations and sponsor contributions to provide 5,000 mammograms. To date, the American Breast Cancer Foundation has issued over 50,000 grants to help uninsured and underserved individuals obtain early detection screenings. This targeted campaign will allow ABCF to serve thousands more, and encourage women of every status to be proactive and informed.
