Megan Molloy

Megan is a highly accomplished and dedicated development professional known for her ability to make meaningful connections, drive engagement, steward relationships, and raise awareness for successful community impact.
With her extensive experience in fundraising, non-profit operations, marketing, and business development, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her role at ABCF. Prior to joining the organization, she was instrumental in launching and leading a nationally recognized advisory firm focused on major donor fundraising, corporate philanthropy, and leadership strategies for various iconic, high-profile non-profit clients. Earlier roles across a range of businesses from professional services to food retail/consumer goods helped develop Megan into an interdisciplinary thinker whose adaptability and insights positively impact the entire organization.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Megan is deeply committed to supporting causes that are meaningful to her. She has served in leadership roles such as Chair of the Ireland Fund’s Washington DC Young Leaders and as a “wingman” for Athletes Serving Athletes in Annapolis, MD. Additionally, her active involvement as an alumna of Mt. St. Mary’s University, including her past role on the President’s Council, current role on the Bolte Business School Advisory Board, and induction into the Athletic Hall of Fame, highlights her ongoing dedication to her alma mater.
Megan earned an MBA from University College Dublin’s Michael Smurfit Business School (Dublin, Ireland).
